Portable ASZM Carbon HVAC Filter Test Kit

The Threat Block™ Gas Filter Analyzer is used to evaluate the adsorption capacity of activated carbon, which is used to compute the remaining lifetime of HVAC systems packed with ASZM-TEDA filter carbon.

• The instrument utilizes a novel simulant gas to evaluate the physical adsorption capacity of activated carbon, which is a base to determine the remaining lifetime of HVAC systems.

• The Threat Block™ Gas Filter Analyzer is fully automated, and uses non-toxic and non-flammable simulant gas.  It is environmentally friendly, safe to use with no special personal protective equipment, and designed for commercial air transportation (dimension: Height = 10”, Width = 18”, Depth = 14.5”).

• The system is supplied with user-friendly software with control and data processing functions.  Quick field assessment of remaining filter lifetime is complete in less than 4 hours.

• Threat Block™ Gas Filter Analyzer can be used for both evaluation of HVAC system remaining lifetime, and quantitative determination of fresh activated carbon adsorption capacity for manufacturing QA/QC.
