Medical Benefits are among the most valued benefits option for our employees to protect them and their family from catastrophic medical expenses. Employees can elect to participate in a Health Savings Account Plan or a PPO Plan.
Prescription Drug coverage provides our employees and their families with name-brand and generic medications by mail order home delivery or through a local pharmacy.
Vision coverage provides CET employees and their families with significantly reduced preferred pricing for eye examinations, glasses, contact lenses, and laser vision correction through a wide network of optometrists, retail optical providers and laser vision specialists.
Dental benefits include preventive, basic and major dental services provided through a wide PPO network of dentists and oral surgeons.
Life and AD&D insurance provides a safety net for CET employees’ and their families in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Optional life and AD&D insurance is also offered to employees at reduced group rates.
Disability – Employees are offered optional short-term and long-term disability insurance at low group rates.
Sick Leave – CET employees are provided with 40 hours of paid sick leave each calendar year.
Vacation – The amount of paid vacation that CET employees receive is based on years of service. Vacation accruals range from 10 days annually up to 20 days annually.
Holidays – CET provides employees with 11 paid holidays each y ear.
Bereavement Leave – CET employees receive bereavement leave for immediate family members and co-workers.
401(k) Plan – CET provides a 401(k) plan through The Hartford, which has a wide diverse group of funds from which to choose. Company contributions to employees’ 401(k) are through discretionary profit sharing.
Job Training – CET understands that professional development helps increase job satisfaction and morale among employees, and encourages them to attend job-related training courses and seminars.
